Meet the Team

I am proud of the reputation we have gained since our launch in 1995 and the strong sales, letting and management team we have put together. My commitment to offering a first rate service and striving for the best we can do at all times sets us apart from our competition.

I am based primarily in our Walton On Thames office. Having worked in the town for nearly 40 years this makes me the most experienced agent in the town. I am as committed today as on the day we opened to be the best agent locally achieving outstanding results with customer service of paramount importance.

Ben joined us in 1997 and became a partner in 2004, his vital input has helped Martin Flashman grow to its current success. Ben's friendly and personable approach really epitomises our ethos. His enthusiasm for the job is infectious throughout the whole sales team.

Ben lives locally with his wife and two children and has handled the sales of a range of properties from flats to substantial family homes. His attention to detail, proactive approach and personal manner ensure clients return to him on a regular basis.

Fun Fact: "I was lucky enough to spend an afternoon with Liam Gallagher in Paris before he stepped on stage to do a show!"

Ross has been involved with estate agency all his working career. He joined us in 2007 and is an essential part of the team. His solid and sound advice together with a confident nature and ability to stay calm in testing situations will allow you to easily relate to Ross.

Ross has a strong desire to succeed and is rarely distracted from this objective, many sales have been saved by his pragmatic approach.

Darrell joined us in 2009 and started his career in our lettings department then making the transition into sales in our Walton office which has proved immensely successful, achieving outstanding results. His bubbly personality and natural enthusiasm has been a hit with both vendors and buyers ensuring any problems are quickly overcome.

Darrell lives locally, has in depth knowledge of the area and can give solid, professional advice and has the gravitas to achieve the best possible outcome in all situations.

James comes to estate agency from a background of web development and photography. It is already clear that his strong attention to detail will be very beneficial in providing the very highest customer service to both buyers and sellers.

Growing up and living in Surrey he has an in-depth knowledge of the area and has a passion for property, a perfect match !!

James looks forward to meeting you and matching you with your perfect property.

Jessica started estate agency in 2019, after graduating from The University of Chichester with a Dance degree. 

Her enthusiasm and passion for property has allowed her to deliver excellent customer service, and results. Jessica loves getting to know her clients needs and matching them to the right property. 

Having grown up in the Surrey area she has good knowledge of the local area and is well equipped to assist you in your property search.

When not at work Jessica will likely be at the gym or spending time with her family and friends.

Lewis's Lettings career has been solely based in Surrey and he has, therefore, built up an invaluable knowledge of the local area.  His affable nature has proved popular with Landlords and Tenants alike and he has quickly become an essential member of our team.

Bruna, coming from a background in hospitality where she learned early on the value of genuine connection and great service. Those same qualities now shape her next step to real estate, offering a personalised and approachable experience to every client she meets. She is known for her ability to connect with others, she’s committed to helping people find not just a property, but a place that truly feels like home.

Phoebe is the administrative hub for the Walton-on-Thames office. Her background in customer service means that she brings effective communication and a friendly disposition to the role. She grew up in the nearby town of Crowthorne, then moved to Walton-on-Thames after completing her university degree. Having studied Interior Architecture & Design at the University of Portsmouth, she has an eye for how best to market your property.

Dino heads up our Land & New Homes Department. He has been identifying, acquiring and selling sites all his working life, it’s in his blood. Walton, Weybridge & Hersham have masses of opportunities for land development from single build back garden sites to larger multi-unit sites, Dino can deal with them all. Billy is an enthusiastic new addition to our Land & New Homes Department, bringing a fresh and motivated approach to the property industry. At the beginning of his career, he is dedicated to learning every aspect of identifying, acquiring, and selling land opportunities. Billy is keen to help clients explore these opportunities. Steven has been with Martin Flashman and Company since the launch of our Weybridge office in 2000 and has spent 25 years working in the property industry and all of his life living and working in the local area. He prides himself on his in depth knowledge and experience of the Weybridge area and property market and is an integral part of the team and key to ensuring its on-going success.

Steven's hard working approach and attitude is shared by the rest of the team and the rest of the company and he always strives to deliver an excellent, professional service to all of our customers and is proud to have helped create the reputation we hold in the local area.

Having grown up in Walton On Thames and living all his life locally, Alastair has an unrivalled in depth knowledge of the area. He joined us in 2010 and his professional, measured approach has proved extremely popular with both buyers and sellers.

Adele’s passion for property and love for helping people encouraged her to follow a career in the industry. For the last four years she has been involved in the local market and has an in depth knowledge in both sales and lettings . Growing up in Weybridge and the surrounding areas means she has plenty of knowledge about the schools, restaurants, gyms and other local facilities and frequently bumps into a friendly face or two while out and about during her working day. She takes pride in every aspect of her work and enjoys finding the perfect properties for both her clients and customers.

Will joined Martin Flashman and Company in 2018, initially working in lettings before moving to the sales team at our Weybridge office, with an assured confident approach to deal with any scenario. He is a skilled negotiator, has an energetic personality and always strives to deliver outstanding results and customer service to both sellers and buyers. Will has an excellent knowledge of the local area having been a local resident all of his life.

Henrietta is the administrative hub for the Weybridge office and also works as PA to Martin Flashman. She is supremely organised, efficient and accurate in the work she does. She grew up in the nearby town of Ascot before moving to Weybridge.  She has worked in the property industry for 10 years. Henrietta is responsible for producing all of our sales and marketing material, company correspondence and secretarial duties to the Weybridge sales team, ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Kirsty has built the lettings department up from a one person department to a team of negotiators and property managers, she is established as a leading force in the lettings market and has continued to increase our extensive and high success. Kirsty has worked in Residential lettings Surrey all her working life and has negotiated contracts to the most renowned corporate tenants through to private individuals.

Kirsty's calm and professional approach to all situations will leave your property in the best of hands.

Jessica joined Martin Flashman as Lettings Negotiator, bringing a wealth of experience in interior design and management. Her calm, bubbly personality, and honest approach in all circumstances is very reassuring for all our clients.

When Jessica isn’t in the office, she loves nothing more than spending time with her little girl, exploring all the great outdoors Weybridge has to offer.

Amber heads up our Property Management Department and having worked in the industry for nearly 20 years her wealth of experience is invaluable. She has built up a network of reliable and experienced contractors so you can be assured that your property is in safe hands.

Soheila Collins works alongside Amber in Property Management. She has worked for a number of companies in the local area for the past 20 years and in this time has looked after a huge variety of properties including many corporate lets. Lisa has joined the Property Management team bringing with her over 30 years of experience in the customer service industry. Her career started in Property Management and Lettings before she moved into catering which involved working with many world renowned, high end brands. Lisa’s experience has given her a passion for customer service and a professional and efficient approach to her work.

Sally first joined Martin Flashman & Co in 2006 when the Lettings Department was in its infancy. Her experience in bookkeeping and looking after Letting Agency accounts is invaluable and her efficiency and capability keeps everything shipshape!

Grace joined Martin Flashman as part of the Lettings team. With over a decade of sales experience in Estate Agency Grace is now enjoying applying her skills in her new role as Renewals Administrator. When she is not in the office Grace is kept busy looking after her two children and their energetic cockapoo! As a family they love nothing more than taking a long walk along the river Thames and exploring the lovely surrounding countryside.

Jennifer oversees strategic and operational activity across the UK and global markets. Originally from Liverpool, she offers deep expertise in luxury property throughout Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, supported by her Law degree.

Yokaira joined the Mayfair team as Office Manager in London, bringing over eight years of experience in operations and marketing, fluency in English, Spanish, and Italian, and a strong track record in real estate marketing, social media, and office management.

Robin oversees public relations and strategic marketing, drawing on more than 30 years of experience in real estate networks. With a degree in business communications and English literature, she excels in international marketing, strategic storytelling, and engaging diverse audiences.
