Administration fee: £100 (inc VAT) per tenant
Referencing (identity, immigration and visa confirmation, financial credit checks, obtaining references from current or previous employers/landlords and any other relevant information to assess affordability) as well as contract negotiation (amending and agreeing terms) and arranging the tenancy agreement.
Guarantor fee: £50 (inc VAT) per guarantor (if required)
Covering credit referencing and amending the tenancy agreement to include a guarantor.
Inventory check-in fee:Depending on the property you rent a check-in fee may be payable. The fee varies depending on the Inventory Company employed, size of property and whether it is furnished or unfurnished. Please contact a member of staff for a quote
During your tenancy:
Renewal fee: £50 (inc VAT)
Contract negotiation, amending terms and updating terms and arranging a further tenancy and agreement.
Ending your tenancy:
Check-out fee:Depending on the property you rent a check-out fee may be payable. Price varies depending on the Inventory Company employed, size of property and whether it is furnished or unfurnished. Please contact a member of staff for a quote
Other fees and charges:
If we are required to undertake tasks on your behalf either to comply with your obligations under the tenancy agreement or you request we undertake task on your behalf on an ad hoc basis our time will be charged at £82.25 inc VAT per hour or any part of. We reserve the right to decline your request.
