STAFF SPOTLIGHT!

Meet Bruna Peixoto, one of the friendly faces behind our lettings team here at Martin Flashman & Company. As a Letting Negotiator, Bruna brings energy, dedication, and a genuine love for helping people find a place they can truly call home. Whether she’s matching tenants with the perfect property or navigating the fast paced world of lettings, Bruna approaches every day with enthusiasm and a positive mindset.

This month, we’re shining the spotlight on her to get to know her a little better, both in and out of the office! ………….

Question Time!

Q1. If you could instantly master one skill (no practice required), what would you choose and why?

A1. Speaking all languages, including British and American Sign Language.
 

Q2. What’s something you’re really proud of that not a lot of people know about?

A2. Learning to be more disciplined and being more intentional about what I share.
 

Q3. What’s the most memorable property or viewing you’ve been involved in, and why did it stand out?

A3. One property springs to mind! There wasn’t anything particularly special about it, but it was the first time I’d been in a high end, fully renovated home. It genuinely made me look forward to starting my journey as a letting negotiator and letting out similar properties. I’ll admit I’m also very nosy! I’d say every viewing is memorable in its own way, as I’m curious to see how each home is styled and presented.
 

Q4. What’s the politest way you’ve ever had to describe a very questionable property feature?

A4. Quirky & antique or acquired taste.. I’ve been told that’s a classic estate agent answer.. they’re not wrong!

Q 5. What do you do when not in the office?
A.5 Gym in the morning and then depending on the days, finding a way to relax.


Q6. What’s on your current Netflix watch list?
A6. My comfort show is Brooklyn Nine-Nine but currently watching Smallville.
